Great location. Right in front of the train station. Ample food and shopping within walking distance. Nice breakfast, helpful staff. Pretty much had everything we were looking for. The junior suite was spacious enough for the three of us, but a bit small compared to other locations.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Termini train station. It was across the road which made it easy to take luggage back and forwards. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Enjoyed the meals in the in house restaurant and there other lovely restaurants that we tried close by.

The location was perfect. Having a restaurant there was a plus . The food was delicious and we had a wonderful waitress Nadia and all of the staff was friendly.

Very central to public transport and hop on hop off buses for exploring Rome. Surprisingly quiet for such a busy location. Our room was towards the rear of the property and not street facing. Everything was clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Open at 7pm for dinner.

For Four Star Hotel, I was disappointed in the fact that you did not have 1 Western movie channel speaking English. We stayed in another Hotel in Rome Mama Shelter it was 5 Star in our eyes. We usually travel with Best Western Hotels and were disappointed a Hotel Chain of this caliber lacked Western Chanel's.

The buffet breakfast was generous in quantity and selection. It is located within 5 minutes walk of the two main tube lines, and the 2-3 minutes walk from the main train station. The hotel also has a restuarant with a limited menu, but the service was attentive.
